THE CD SHOP / EDITORIAL & COMMERCIAL DISCLOSURE

Clear about our recommendations.

Our Staff Picks are editorial suggestions about albums we think deserve a listen.

Original notes. Independent taste.

The listening notes on this website are written for The CD Shop. The illustrated pick cards are original typographic artwork. They do not depict a particular CD copy or certify edition, authenticity, condition, price or stock.

Commercial links.

There are currently no commission-bearing product links in our published Staff Picks. If we add links that may earn us a commission, we will identify them clearly near those links and explain the relationship. We will not present an unapproved commercial relationship as an endorsement or partnership.

Our own inventory.

We plan to sell our own CDs after inventory, payment and fulfillment arrangements are ready. Direct purchases are not available on this website today. Editorial recommendations are not offers to sell.

Questions about a recommendation or a potential commercial relationship can be sent through our contact page.
